Failed payments, pausing and renewing

If PayPal cannot collect a payment, paid features pause immediately while data collection continues; PayPal retries on its own. Billing shows the date the subscription will cancel automatically (7 days after the failure) with three options: fix the payment method in PayPal, renew with a new PayPal subscription, or cancel now. After an automatic cancellation the workspace is on Free with everything intact, and Billing offers one-click renewal of the same plan or any other. You can also pause a healthy plan yourself (no charges, paid features off) and resume later from Billing.
