Cancel, downgrade, refunds

Billing → "Cancel plan" ends the PayPal subscription at once and returns the workspace to Free; the unused part of the period is refunded pro rata. No emails, no calls. Downgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Receipts come from PayPal; overage above your allowance arrives as a PayPal invoice after each cycle. Manage the payment method under PayPal → Automatic payments.
