Privacy policy

Deanonymized operates an identity network that links browsing activity on customer websites to contact records that customers or network partners already hold. Identifiers processed: first-party cookie IDs, IP addresses, device and browser attributes, hashed and plaintext email addresses, mobile advertising IDs, and professional profile data.

Lawful basis and consent. In the United States we rely on partner opt-in and the customer's own disclosure. In the EU, UK and other consent regions we do not resolve a visitor to a person without a recorded consent signal (TCF v2 or the customer's consent API). We honour Global Privacy Control everywhere.

Your choices. Opt out of the network at /opt-out. Submit a CCPA/CPRA do-not-sell request at /opt-out?ccpa=1. Opt-outs are enforced at resolution time across every customer and product line.

Retention. Event data is retained for 13 months; identity records are refreshed on a rolling basis and removed when a person opts out or when an email becomes undeliverable for 12 months.

Subprocessors. Hosting, database, email delivery and payment providers are listed under /legal/subprocessors.
