Trials: what unlocks, when they end, what happens after

B2B plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) have a 14-day trial with no payment method. Store and Data plans need a PayPal subscription and charge nothing until day 15. Start one from Billing or the banner on Overview; we confirm your email with a code first. During the trial you have that plan's resolution allowance, with enrichment credits capped at 200, search at 100 and CSV exports at 100 rows. When it ends with no subscription the workspace returns to Free: everything you identified stays, company-level matching continues, person-level emails and non-Slack integrations pause. One trial per workspace, per website, per company domain and per PayPal account; disposable email addresses and repeat networks are refused.
