A match is the wrong person

Open the profile and press "Wrong person". The credit is refunded immediately, the device is unlinked from that person, and the signal weight that produced the match is lowered so it does not repeat. Every match shows its evidence and confidence; matches under 70% from a single shared-IP signal are the most likely to be wrong. Raise Settings → Min page views to 2 to trade coverage for precision.
