Slack and Teams alerts

Integrations → Connect a destination → Slack. Create an Incoming Webhook in Slack (Apps → Incoming Webhooks → Add to channel) and paste the hooks.slack.com URL. Teams: channel → Connectors → Incoming Webhook. A default route "All identified → Slack" is created; edit routes to send only hot leads, only net-new, or only an ICP tag. Use "Send test" to push the latest identified visitor.
