GDPR, consent regions and the EU

Person-level resolution is disabled by default outside the regions in Settings → "Person-level allowed in". For EU and UK visitors we resolve only after a consent signal: TCF v2 from your consent manager (detected automatically) or dz('consent','granted') from your own banner. Company-level matching works worldwide and does not identify a person. The Compliance center generates a privacy-policy clause from your settings and exports the consent ledger.
