If your Klaviyo complaint rate for the last 7 days exceeds 0.1%, Grow delivery pauses automatically and you are notified; Reclaim keeps firing on live intent. Contacts with 3 unengaged sends are sunset. Keep a dedicated flow for Grow contacts and never add them to your main broadcast list on day one.
